For a rapidly expanding B2B fintech startup in London, I embarked on a comprehensive 3-month journey to redefine its communication strategy for the German market. This began with insightful interviews of internal stakeholders and meticulous competitor research. Balancing the UK team’s tone with German nuances, I devised and implemented a new tone of voice across 7 teams. I revamped existing emails, letters, and newsletters while initiating fresh communication flows. Further solidifying the change, I organised 10 masterclasses and provided in-house tone of voice guides. A subsequent 3-week review ensured quality and continual improvement.
