For six brands operating in the DACH area, I constructed Google Analytics KPI dashboards. Additionally, I used Excel to create a comprehensive overview of key metrics such as Sales, Order Volume, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and more. This offered a profound analysis of all e-commerce activities, facilitating suggestions for improvements in sales, clicks, and views. Monthly meetings with stakeholders ensured constant updates and actionable insights. The role is ongoing, with reviews centred on monthly e-commerce activity analysis and team consultations.
